U.S. Shipping

Free Standard Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders. Estimated 3 – 5 business days in transit. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full return and exchange details.

USPS Priority Shipping ($5): Estimated 2 – 3 business days in transit. Priority shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping times vary depending on location and are estimates. We are not able to guarantee transit times or provide refunds for shipping delays.
- Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day. Shipping estimates above do not include this fulfillment time. Please allow 1-2 business days after you receive your tracking number for your tracking information to update on the USPS website.
International Shipping:

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Shipping Locations: We ship to many international locations. The full list of countries can be viewed during the checkout process when entering your shipping address.

Import duties and taxes must be paid upon receipt of the package and vary by country. Import duties are not included in shipping costs provided during checkout.

Transit Times: Transit times provided during checkout are estimates. We are not able to guarantee transit times or provide refunds for shipping delays. Additionally, international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures, which are outside of our control.

Canada Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) with USPS: Canadian orders shipped via USPS First Class Int’l or USPS Priority Mail Int’l now include Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), allowing us to pre-pay your import tariffs at no cost to you. Weight and order value restrictions apply. Shipments with UPS are not eligible. Visit our Canada DDP page for full details.
Additional Shipping Terms:
- Lost or Stolen Packages: BlitzBeatz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages left unattended for extended periods.
- Signature Confirmation: We do not refund or reship packages delivered with Signature Confirmation that are reported missing. Please contact USPS directly for assistance with your package.
- Unclaimed Packages: We are not able to reship or refund orders that are held at the post office due to inability to deliver (e.g., no access, unavailable to sign). Orders will be reshipped once they have been returned to us.
- Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided during checkout. If the package is delivered to an incorrect address that was provided during checkout, we will not refund or reship the package to the correct address, unless it is returned to us.
- Reshipment of Packages: Any packages that are reshipped will be sent via USPS Ground.

Final Sale items are ineligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an order-processing error (see our Quality Guarantee).

Sale items are eligible for return or exchange, as long as they are eligible under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Promotional Codes, Discounts, & Price Protection:

Promotional/Discount Codes: Not valid on prior purchases or final sale items unless stated. Codes cannot be combined with other offers and may expire without notice.

Tiered Promotions: Discounts are based on the total order value at checkout, excluding taxes and shipping. If returning items, the total order value will be recalculated, and the discount may be decreased. Your refund will reflect any decrease in the recalculated discount.
- Price Protection: We offer price protection if an item of the same style, size, and color is reduced within 14 days of purchase. Clearance items, site-wide promotions, and flash sales are excluded. Price Protection is also excluded from Early Black Friday Sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Holiday Sales. Each order is eligible for one price adjustment.
