Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns & Exchanges (US Only)
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with all tags attached. Once tags are removed, the item becomes ineligible for return or exchange.
Products that are not returned in their original condition—such as those that are stained, have odors, are covered in animal hair, or show signs of wear—will not be refunded or exchanged. These items will be washed and donated or discarded.
All returns and exchanges are shipped USPS Ground. Orders shipped to U.S. addresses are only eligible for U.S.-based returns.
- Gift Cards: All gift cards are non-refundable
- Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Holiday Extension: Orders placed between Nov. 15 and Dec. 15 can be returned or exchanged through Jan. 20. Orders placed after Dec. 15 will follow the standard 30-day policy.
- Please Note: The creation of a return label does not extend the return period. Items must be returned within the original timeframe.
Returns:
- Request a pre-paid return label through our Return & Exchange Portal.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit institution.
Exchanges:
- Request a pre-paid return label through our Return & Exchange Portal.
- Once the original item(s) are received, your exchange will be shipped within 2 business days.
- If the exchange results in an amount due, we’ll send an invoice to your e-mail for the balance. If the exchange results in a refund, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Exchanges (Outside of U.S.)
We do not offer exchanges for orders shipped outside the U.S. If you'd like a different item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Customers are responsible for purchasing the return mailing label and all return shipping costs. Any shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable. Items must be returned (scanned as in-transit) within 30 days of delivery.
If you wish to start a return, please contact us at info@blitzbeatz.com with the details (style, size, and color) of the items you wish to return, and wait for a response before mailing your return. We must approve your return request before you mail your return.

It’s important that returned items are marked as "Merchandise Return" on all Customs Declaration Forms. Any Customs duties we must pay upon delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment, less any customs duties paid. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
