Exchanges & Returns Policy

SIZE EXCHANGES (US Only)

Items are eligible for exchange and free return shipping within 30 days of purchase if unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with all tags still attached. Once tags are removed, products are no longer eligible for exchange. Clearance items are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise noted.

To request an exchange and return mailing label:

1) Reply to your order confirmation (or e-mail us at info@blitzbeatz.com) and include your:

  • Order number
  • Size and color of exchange item
  • Size and color of new item (please ensure it is in stock before requesting)

2) A return mailing label will be sent to the e-mail address used to place the original order. Once the exchanged item is received, your new item(s) will be mailed to you.

Exchanges with an increase in price will be issued an invoice to complete remaining payment. If there is a decrease in price, a refund of the balance will be issued back to the original form of payment once the item is received.

Exchange requests are valid for 30 days. If the exchanged item is not received within 30 days of the request, the new item(s) will be returned to inventory, and your exchange request will be canceled.

RETURNS (US Only)

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with all tags still attached. Once tags are removed, products are no longer eligible for return or exchange, regardless of reason. Please try your shorts for sizing before removing the tags or washing the item. We may reject the return or exchange if there is damage to the product. Clearance items are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise noted. Specific return and exchange policies and restrictions apply to shipments Outside of the U.S.

To request a return with refund:

Request a return mailing label through our Returns Portal at blitzbeatz.com/returns

Size Exchanges cannot be submitted through this portal, and must be requested via e-mail.

A return mailing label will be sent to the e-mail address used to place the order. Once the return is received, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds are issued back to the card used to make the original purchase. Once the refund is issued, it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your account. This may vary by banking institution. Please contact your bank or credit institution with any questions regarding processing times.

Return requests are valid for 30 days from the date of request. If the return is not received within 30 days of the request, your return request will be canceled.

 

SIZE EXCHANGES (Outside of U.S.)

All exchange requests with shipping originating outside of the United States will be handled and processed as refunds, and the customer will be responsible for making a new purchase of the desired item(s). Returns originating outside of the U.S. are ineligible for free return shipping. Please see ‘RETURNS (Outside of U.S.)’ for the applicable policy and to request a return and refund of your item. 

 

RETURNS (Outside of U.S.)

To be eligible for returns product(s) must be unwashed, in their original, unused condition with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Requests with shipping originating outside of the U.S. are ineligible for free return shipping and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. The return must be requested within 30 days of purchase. We may reject the return if there is damage to the product.

Please contact us at info@blitzbeatz.com if you wish to return your item for a refund, along with the style, size, and color of the item(s) you wish to return. Please wait for a response before mailing your return. The purchaser is responsible for the return mailing label and all return shipping costs, except in the case of incorrectly processed orders or manufacturing defects (see Quality Guarantee).

IMPORTANT: Items returned for refund must be marked as a “Merchandise Return” on International Declarations Forms upon shipment with a sale value of $0.00. Any returns not marked as a “Merchandise Return’ for Customs, which will require Customs duties be paid upon receipt, will be denied and returned to sender. Once the return is received, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds are issued back to the card used to make the original purchase. Once the refund is issued, it may take 7-10 business days for international credit transactions to appear on your account. This may vary by banking institution.
