Quality Guarantee

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products, and we offer a 90-day Guarantee that our products are free of quality and manufacturing defects. Accidental damage, improper care, negligence, and general wear and tear are not covered by the Quality Guarantee. Additionally, products must be laundered as directed on the care label, located on the inside seam.

Examples of items covered by the Quality Guarantee include, but are not limited to:

  • Workmanship, such as fabric seams and loop fastenings (interior and exterior)
  • Defects in zippers and zipper construction

Examples of items not covered by the Quality Guarantee, such as general wear and tear include, but are not limited to:

  • Accidental damage (i.e. rips and tears)
  • Improper use
  • Neglect (improper care)
  • Abrasions

If your item has a quality or workmanship defect, please send an e-mail within 90 days of purchase to info@blitzbeatz.com and include the following:

  • Order Number
  • Photo of defective area
  • Style, size, and color of Item

Upon approval, we will send a pre-paid mailing label to return the defective item. After receiving the item, we will promptly issue a replacement or refund.

Please note: For U.S. orders, replacements can only be shipped to U.S. addresses, and returns and replacements are shipped via USPS Ground. For international orders, replacements will be shipped using the most cost-effective method available.
