We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products, and we offer a 90-day Guarantee that our products are free of quality and manufacturing defects. Accidental damage, improper care, negligence, and general wear and tear are not covered by the Quality Guarantee. Additionally, products must be laundered as directed on the care label.
Examples of items covered by the Quality Guarantee include, but are not limited to:
- Workmanship, such as fabric seams and loop fastenings (interior and exterior)
- Defects in zippers and zipper construction
Examples of items not covered by the Quality Guarantee, such as general wear and tear include, but are not limited to:
- Accidental damage (i.e. rips and tears)
- Improper use
- Neglect (improper care)
If your item has a quality or workmanship defect, please send an e-mail within 90 days of purchase to email@example.com and include the following:
- Order Number
- Photo of defective area
- Style, size, and color of Item
After receiving your e-mail, and upon approval, we will send a pre-paid return mailing label for the defective item. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will promptly issue a replacement or refund.
