You can request a Return or Exchange and receive a return mailing label (US only) through our Return & Exchange Portal. Please only include items that you have requested to return or exchange through our Portal, as including additional items may delay your refund or exchange.

Return & Exchange Policy (U.S. Only)
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase if unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with all tags still attached. View Full Exchanges & Returns Policy
Once tags are removed, products are no longer eligible for return or exchange. Returned items that are deemed ineligible for return will not be exchanged nor refunded and will be washed and donated. Items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise noted.
Holiday Return/Exchange Period Extension: Orders placed between Nov. 15th and Dec. 15th will have an extended return/exchange period through January 15th. Orders placed on or after Dec. 16th will have the standard 30-day return/exchange period.
REFUNDS: Please allow 2-3 business days after delivery for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued. It may take 5-7 business days before the funds appear on your account. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the refund has been completed.
Refunds must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
EXCHANGES: Once the item(s) for exchange are received, your new item(s) will be mailed to you.
Items for Exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
